Behind the scenes. Towards the new Friulian Museum of Natural History.

While the restoration works of the buildings born as Macello della città di Udine in 1924 are being completed, what is not seen of the preparation of a museum is presented.

The itinerary winds through different thematic locations, both inside the Museum and outdoors, which illustrate the history of the Museum, its palaeontological and paleontological heritage, some significant habitats of the region and the impact of human activities on our territory.

Spaces and concepts are connected through a multimedia path realized thanks to the Project funded by the POR FESR 2014-2020 Axis 4 Urban Development Action 4.1 'Digital Museums and Libraries'.
